Before the renovation, this kitchen felt small and had limited storage. We wanted to update the materials to be lighter, brighter and tie in with the vision for a new cohesive open concept entertaining space. We improved the storage in the kitchen and increased the space to allow large appliances and a large island.

This kitchen was dark and closed off from the great room, calling for a brighter, open layout. We removed a load-bearing wall and installed a beam to create an open-concept space, adding an island with seating and dedicated bar area. A layered mix of materials defines each zone, while a new window and elevated finishes bring light and elegance to the space. The new layout improves flow, proportions, and appliance placement for easy entertaining.

The owners of this country property wanted a refresh inside and out, with an emphasis on outdoor living and entertaining. We designed and built expansive outdoor spaces including a screened porch, vaulted upper porch, fire pit, and BBQ area. Inside, renovations created a more open, cohesive layout with a relocated laundry, expanded foyer, and custom bar, all finished with meticulous attention to detail in collaboration with the homeowners.
